Cookie Policy

Effective date: 03/10/2026 Last updated: 03/10/2026 Version: 1.0

1. About This Policy

This Cookie Policy explains how Nolli Ltd ("we", "us" or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on nolli.co.uk. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal data more generally.

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. "Similar technologies" include browser storage (such as session storage) and small pieces of code, sometimes called pixels or tags, that let a third party know you have visited a page. In this policy we call all of these "cookies".

2. Your Choices

When you first visit our website, we ask whether you are happy for us to use optional cookies. You can choose Accept all or Reject all. Both are equally available, and the site works fully either way.

  • No optional cookies are set unless you accept. If you reject, or simply don't answer, only the strictly necessary items in section 3 are used.
  • You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie preferences link in the website footer, or the button at the bottom of this page. If you withdraw consent, we stop optional tracking straight away and delete the optional cookies that were stored on our domain.
  • You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the website, such as registration, from working.
  • Meta and Google offer their own controls over the ads they show you: see your Facebook ad preferences and Google My Ad Center.

We keep a record of your choice in a cookie on your device. If you register for an account, we also keep a record of your choice (accept or reject, when you made it, and the version of this policy that applied) with your account, so that we can show we respected it. This is part of the consent record described in section 8 of our Privacy Policy.

3. Strictly Necessary

These are needed for the website to work securely and cannot be switched off. They do not require your consent.

4. Optional (only with your consent)

We use these to understand which of our adverts lead people to sign up, and to show Nolli adverts to people who have visited our website.

5. Campaign Links

Some of our adverts and social media links point to our website with tags in the address that describe where the link was posted, for example ?utm_source=facebook&utm_campaign=spring. We read these tags from the address to understand which campaigns and channels lead to sign-ups and subscriptions. Reading the address stores nothing on your device. If you register, we record the tags from the first link you arrived on with your account, so we can see which channels our customers come from; they are deleted if your account is deleted.

6. Changes to This Policy

If we change which cookies we use in a way that affects your choices, we will update the version number above and ask for your choice again on your next visit.
